Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, please find enclosed herewith a Confirmation Certificate received from M/s. Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited, Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31, 2026 are made public. During the closure of trading window, insiders are also advised not to deal in the shares of the Company.

The Board has approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone Financials along with the Modified Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. The Board Meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 7.00 p.m.
As per the Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the copies of the newspaper advertisement published both in English and Marathi in Free Press Journal & Navshakti respectively regarding publication of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025.
