Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026; 2. Issue of Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Fully Paid Non-Convertible Debentures upto to Rs. 20 Crores (Rupees Twenty Crores only), to the eligible investors, on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches. 3. Approval of Material Related Party Transactions. 4. Grant of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced on 29th May, 2026 at 01:00 p.m. and concluded at 03.00 p.m.
