Intimation of Date of payment of Dividend.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 25th May 2026 has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up out of the profits of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
Intimation under Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding book closure for the purpose of AGM.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 25th May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up out of the profits of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, for consideration and approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has Re-appointed Mr. Somnath Chatterjee as the Managing Director of the Company for a further term of 5 years with effect from 12th November 2026 to 11th November 2031, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
