Mistry from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from closure of business hours of May 14, 2026. 4. Board evaluated the opportunities for expansion and diversification of its existing business operations. Trading Window for securities of the Company will open on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
