The Board has at it's meeting held on 20th May, 2026- 1. Re-appointed M/s. P. P. Mutha & Associates as Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2026-27 2. Approved the proposal to make an application to the Reserve Bank of India for de-registration as a Non-Banking Financial Company. Detailed disclosure is attached herewith.
The Board has recommended, subject to approval of shareholders, final dividend of INR 1.50/- per equity share for the Financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The Board has at it's meeting held on 20th May, 2026- 1. Recommended re-appointment of Mr. Rajgopal Dhoot as a Non-executive Director who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment 2. Approved appointment of Ms. Priyanka Munjal Kothari as an Additional Independent Director effective 20th May, 2026 for a period of five years.
