Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that, the EGM for the FY 2026-27 of the Company was held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 11.00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
