The Company has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 along with the Audit Report for the corresponding period and any other business with the permission of Chair.
The letter of non applicability of Reg.57(5) of SEBI (LODR)Reg., 2015 for the Quarter ended 31.03.2026 is attached herewith.
