This in Continuation of our earlier intimation dated May 04, 2026, under Regulation 29 of SEBI( LODR) Regulation, we hereby informed that due to unaviodable circumstances the meeting of Board of Dirctors of the Company which was schedule to be held on May 08, 2026, inter alia to consider and approve & Take on record the Audited financial results for the Quarter ended and Year ended on March 31, 2026 and any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors has been postponed. The revised date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course.
