The Board of Directors has fixed Wednesday, July 29, 2026, as the date of the 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 23, 2026, to Wednesday, July 29, 2026 (both days inclusive), for the payment of dividend and the 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 29, 2026.
The Board at its Meeting held on May 28, 2026, has recommended a payment of dividend of Rs.140 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, to the shareholders, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 29, 2026. The said dividend shall be paid latest by August 28, 2026.
