Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, and in accordance with the MCA Notification No. G.S.R. 409(E) dated 15.06.2021, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting through video conferencing mode held today, i.e., on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, inter alia, has approved the following:- a) Approval of Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31st, 2026 along with Audit Report thereon. b) To consider and approve re-appointment of M/s RSPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Indore, FRN No. 015542C, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2026-2027. c) Other routine businesses with the permission of Chair. The Board Meeting commenced at 03:35 P.M. and concluded at 05:15 P.M.
1. To consider, adopt and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31st, 2026; 2. To Consider and approve re-appointment of M/s RSPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Indore, FRN No. 015542C, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2026-2027; 3. Any other matter with the permission of Chair and majority of directors of the company. Trading Window for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and other connected persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Policy on Insider Trading, is closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 (already intimated to stock exchange on Friday, 27th March, 2026) till 48 hours after the disclosure of Financial Results to the Exchanges
