We hereby submit Annual Secretarial Compliance report for thr year ended 31st March 2026

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby submit the disclosure on the update in Material Subsidiary INSSPL, kindly take the same on record and oblige.
Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations, 2018 we hereby submit the certificate issued by RTA.
