The Board of Directors at its Board Meeting held today has duly approved the continuation of Mr. Gaurav Swarup (DIN 00374298) as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company beyond the age of 70 years which he attains on 21st November 2026 i.e during his current term of 5 years, effective 01.02.2022 till 31.01.2027.
The Board of Directors at its Board meeting held today has approved the appointment of Mrs. Sanjukta Mazumdar as the Internal auditor of the Company for the FY 2026-27.
Recommendation of Dividend.
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today has approved and taken on record the audited financial results on standalone and consolidated basis for the year ended March 31, 2026 along with the Auditors report thereon. The Board of Directors have also recommended a dividend of Rs. 120 per share of face value of Rs. 10 each subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, has approved and taken on record audited financial results on standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The Board at the said meeting has also recommended Dividend of Rs. 120 (Rupees One hundred and twenty only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (1200%) to the Shareholders for the financial year ended on 31st March 2026, approved appointment of Ms Sanjukta Mazumdar as the Internal Auditor of the Company and approved the continuation of the tenure of Mr. Gaurav Swarup (DIN 00374298) as the Chairman & Managing Director beyond the age of 70 years during his current term as per applicable regulation's.
