In terms of Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 28th May, 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. The audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 2. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., May 28, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, have approved the proposal for re-appointment of Mr. Chetan Durgadas Mehra (DIN: 00022021) as Managing Director for a further period of three years with effect from 01st December, 2026 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
We would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 28th May, 2026 to consider interalia among other things the following: • To consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with Insider code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading window’ would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the company from April 1, 2026 to May 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 a notice thereof was circulated on March 31, 2026.
We are in receipt of your email Ref No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/2026-2027/3792 dated April 21, 2026. In respect of significant movement in price intimated please be informed that there is no specific / extraordinary events or information in respect of the company that may have a bearing on the price.
