Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 30, 2026, has approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board Meeting earlier scheduled has been rescheduled and will now be held on May 30, 2026.
