We wish to inform you of the following sequence of events: 1. The meeting of the Board of Directors, originally scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th May, 2026 to consider and approve the financial results, could not take place as Managing Director is hospitalized, the Board of Directors are unable to consider the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. Consequently, the meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, 02nd June, 2026. 2. The Company had duly filed the necessary intimations regarding the rescheduling of the Board Meeting with the Stock Exchange(s) on Thursday, 28th May, 2026 in compliance with the applicable statutory timelines.
