Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sarup Industries Limited (“Company”) is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 to inter alia consider and approve the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.

Board consider the Appointment of Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur as Chief Financial officer (CFO) and KMP of the Company w.e.f 13.02.2026.
Board took note the resignation given by Mr Gagandeep from the post of Cheif Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 13.02.2026.
