We now wish to inform you that the Board Meeting held on Friday, May 29th, 2025 stands adjourned as the financial results were not approved by the Audit Committee and the meeting of Audit Committee is adjourned till Saturday i.e. May 30th , 2025. Therefore, the Board Meeting is also adjourned till on Saturday, May 30th, 2025, which will be at the Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31st, 2026.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31,2026.
