Appointment of Internal Auditor
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 14, 2026 has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.80/- per share of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
