Suryo Foods and Industries Limited has proposed a rights issue of 29,70,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 594 lakhs on rights basis to the eligible shareholders of the company, at a price of Rs. 20/- per equity shares (including premium of Rs. 10/- per equity share) in the ratio of 3 (Three) Rights Equity Shares for every 4 (Four) fully paid-up Equity shares held by eligible shareholders as on the Record date i.e. Wednesday, 11th February, 2026. Further, the Board of Directors of the company has approved the Letter of Offer on 5th February 2026.
