Pursuant to the Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Newspaper Advertisement of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended 31st March, 2026 published in Trinity Mirror (English) and Makkal Kural (Tamil) on 24th May, 2026.
We enclose herewith the Audited Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statements for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026 of the Company together with the Audit Report of the Statutory Auditor in pursuance with the regulation 33(3)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 which was reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 23rd May, 2026.

With reference to the disclosure submitted by the Company on 27th April 2026 against the acknowledgement no. 12823358 under Regulation 30 regarding appointment of Mr.Santhosh Veerappan as Additional director designated as Independent director, the date of appointment was mentioned as 12th June 2026 instead of 27th April 2026. Clarification for the same along with revised Regulation 30 is annexed herewith.
