This is in connection with our previous intimation dated 07.04.2026 informing regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 13.04.2026 through video conferencing/other audio-visual means, inter-alia to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial results along with Auditor’s Report thereon of the Company for the financial year ended 31.03.2026 and other matters. This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors, which was scheduled to be held today, has been postponed due to the non-finalization of the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The revised date of the Board Meeting will be 15.04.2026.
1. To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results along with Auditor’s Report thereon for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026. 2. To transact other incidental and ancillary matters as may be decided by the board.
