Please note that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will open on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
