Q4 FY26 Earnings Presentation

The Board has approved the appointment of Purnesh R. Mehta & Co, Chartered Accountant as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027
The Board has approved the appointment of J.B Mistri & Co; Cost Accountants and the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027.
The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (15%) to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2025-2026.
