In compliance with Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Board appointed M/s. Mohammed Tausif Shamim & Co., practicing Company Secretary, Kolkata as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. They carried out the Secretarial Audit and submitted the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report with reference to the SEBI circular 27/2019, dated 8th February 2019. We hereby submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report issued by the Secretarial Auditor within the timeline allowed by SEBI vide Circular No.2021/556, dated 29th April, 2021. We request you to take the above information on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
We refer to your email of 25th May, 2026 seeking clarification on your observation regarding significant movement noticed by the Exchange in the price of our company security at your exchange in the recent past.
