To create, issue and offer upto 24,59,622 (Twenty-Four Lakh Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty-Two) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on preferential basis to members of non-promoter group subject to the approval of shareholders at a price of Rs. 24/- (including premium of Rs. 14 per share).
