Q4 FY 2025-26 Earnings call presentation
Recommended final dividend of Rs. 5 per share subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM. The book closure/ record date for payment of said dividend will be informed separately.
This is to inform that the Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (‘the Company’) at its Meeting held today, i.e. June 4, 2026 (meeting commenced at 5.30 p.m. IST and concluded at 5.45 p.m. IST) have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share (50 %) (on an equity share of par value of Rs. 10/- each) for FY 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuring Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) within 30 days of approval at the AGM. The book closure/ record date will be intimated, separately.
