This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, i.e. Saturday, 30th May 2026 (which commences at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:30 P.M.) has, inter- alia, transacted the following business: - 1. Approved the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. 2. Approved the copy of the Audit Report in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Reg. 24A of SEBI (LODR) read with BSE Circular dates 9th May, 2016 is not applicable to our Company i.e. Kuwer Industries Limited.
We are enclosing herewith the certificate dated 01 April, 2026 issued by RTA-Skyline Financial Services Private Limited, confirming compliance under Reg. 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2026.
Pursuant to the SEBI Circular NO. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, a listed entity, indentifies as a large Corporation under the framework, shall make a disclosure to the stock exchange, where its securities are listed, in the prescribed format. As per the framework provided in the aforesaid SEBI Circular, our Company i.e. Kuwer Industries Limited is not a large Corporation.
