Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the officials of the Company will be attending the Investor Conference on 9th June, 2026 from 01:30 P.M. onwards.
The Members of the Company by way of Special Resolutions in respect of (1) For giving loan and guarantee or providing security in connection with loan availed by any specified person under section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013. and (2) To make investments, give loans, guarantees and security in excess of limits specified under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 have been passed by the shareholders with the requisite majority on 1st June, 2026 through Postal Ballot by remote e-voting only.
