Intimation of appointment of Senior Management Personnel
Board in its meeting held today i.e. 16th May, 2026 recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and fixed record date as 14th August, 2026 for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of final dividend, if declared by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
