Declaration regarding unmodified opinion of the Auditors on Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company pursuant to second proviso of Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 3. Other routine businesses with the permission of Chair. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.00 PM and concluded at 6.25 PM.
