Further to our earlier intimation given on 30th March, 2026 and as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons from the end of the quarter till Thursday, 14th May 2026 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results at tyhe Board Meeting and shall re-open from Friday, 15th May, 2026.
