We write to inform you that the cut-off date for the purpose of casting the E-vote at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be 26th June, 2026.

The board of Directors at it's meeting held today, i.e. 14.05.2026, have recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of 25% (Re. 0.25 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs. 1/- face value) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 which shall be paid subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual Geneal Meeting of the Company.
