With reference to the subject mentioned above, please note that the board of directors in their Meeting held today i.e., on Tuesday, the 28th day of April, 2026 at 12:15 p.m. IST, has concluded at 14:50 p.m. through Video conferencing/ other audio visual means have transacted the following business items: 1. Considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025, as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. (Enclosed). 2. Considered and took note of the Limited Review Report on the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. (Enclosed) The financial results will be published in newspapers as required under Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. We request you to kindly take the above information/ documents on record.
NOTICE is hereby given that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 28th day of April, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 and other matters. Further, the Company has intimated to its designated persons, their immediate relatives and insiders of the Company regarding the Closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company from 01st January, 2026, till expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025.
In terms of the above stated subject, we submit here with the certificate dated 02nd April, 2026, issued by XL softech systems limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, confirming the compliance with the said regulation for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
