With reference to our earlier intimation vide letter dated 6th May, 2026 under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Poddar Pigments Limited (“the Company”) which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th May, 2026 is postponed and rescheduled on Friday, 15th May, 2026 to consider the agenda as communicated vide our letter dated 6th May, 2026, inter alia: To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. To consider and recommend the Dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
