The Board Meeting for the approval of Financial Result as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations will be held on Tuesday, 26th May, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. to consider and approve, inter alia: a} Audited Standalone Financials Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and the Fifiancial Year ended on 31st March, 2026; b} Any other matter with permission of chair. Further Kindly note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Tracing) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial Result.
