This is with reference to the consolidated audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026 with exchange on 31st May 2026, subsequent to the submission the Statutory Auditor informed the Company that due to an inadvertent clerical and copy-paste error, the Independent Auditor Report for consolidated financial statements was incorrectly issued and didnot reflect the actual audit conclusion intended by statutory auditors. Thus revised Independent Auditor report for consolidated statements has been issued by statutory auditor and is attached herewith.
We submit herewith the extract of the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026 published in Financial Express (all reagions) and Mahasagar (local).

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 30, 2026, which commenced at 05.30 p.m. and concluded at 07.30 p.m. have discussed, considered and approved the following: 1. The Board of directors as recommended by the of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, have approved the appointment of Mr. Rishabh Vikash Sareen (DIN: 11685800) as an Additional Director (Executive and Non-Independent) of Royal India Corporation Limited. 2. Noting of Resignation of Mr. Ikerath Joseph Sam (00089946) - has resigned from the post of Executive Director (Business Development and Marketing), from the Board of the Company with effect from April 16, 2026
Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, we are submitting certificate dated 03rd April, 2026 issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer (RTA) of the Company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026.
Mr. Ikerath Joseph Sam has resigned from the position of Executive Director (Business Development & Marketing) from the Board of Company w.e.f. April 16, 2026 after closure of business hours due to other commitments and to pursue other opportunities. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
The Trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 for Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons, of their Company and their immediate relatives. The closure is in connection with declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending March 31, 2026.
