This is to inform you that a meeting of the board of directors of the company was held today i.e. on Wednesday, 22nd May, 2026 at the registered office of the company, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (on standalone basis) of the company for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and basis recommendation of the Audit Committee has, inter alia, approved the following. a. Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 along with Audit Report by Statutory Auditors of the Company with Statement on impact of audit qualifications.

This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held Wednesday, 27th May, 2026, at S-112, 1st Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Commercial Complex, Ekta Nagar, Kandivali (West), Mumbai – 400067, to transact the 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results along with the Auditor’s report thereon for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
