In terms of the Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019 dated February 08, 2019, we are enclosing herewith Annual Secretarial Compliance Report of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026, issued by Mr. Prashant Diwan, Practicing Company Secretary.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th May, 2026. Inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results/Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the 04th quarter and year ended 3lst March, 2026. Further, please note that in accordance with the letter dated March 25, 2026, the Company has intimated the closure of 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives effective from April 1, 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of results on May 30, 2026.This is for your information and records.

This is to inform that in terms of the "Code of Conduct For Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company under the SEBI(PIT)Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated Persons ( including their immediate relatives) from Wednesday April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately in due course.
