Statement of deviation or variation as per regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015.
We wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 29th day of May, 2026 at 11.00 A.M., at the Registered office of the company i.e., 405, Raghava Ratna Towers, Chirag Ali Lane, Hyderabad – 500 001, Telangana, India to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited financial statements and Audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. As informed earlier, the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for transactions in shares of the company, is closed from 1st April, 2026 for declaration of the Audited financial results by the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 and shall remain closed up to Tuesday, 2nd June 2026 (both days inclusive).
We wish to inform that the company has not issued any municipal debt securities or any other instrument and as such the provisions of SEBI (Issue and listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13.11.2019 is not applicable to the company and as such there is no requirement to open a escrow account or create a lien.
We are herewith enclosing an undertaking for the quarter 31.3.2026 regarding website of the company is functional and updated in accordance with reg 46 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015 for your kind perusal and records.
With respect to the above cited subject, we would like to inform your good office that the following regulations of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 as amended are not applicable to the company. 1. Reg 51(1) and 51(2) 2. Reg 52(1) 3.Reg 52(4) and 52 (6) 4. Reg 54 (2) and 54(3) 5. Reg 52(7) and 52(7A). We hereby certify that the company has not issued any non convertible securities or instruments of similar nature at any time and therefore the disclosures required as per aforementioned regulations are not applicable to the company.
This is with reference to Regulation 57 of the SEBI(LODR) regulations 2015 as amended, we hereby certify that the company has not issued any non convertible securities during the quarter ended 31.3.2026 and therefore the payment of interest/divident/principal obligations does not arise.
We wish to inform that the company has not issued any non convertible debt securities, Non convertible redeemable preference shares (NCRPS) and commercial papers or any other instruments and as such the SEBI Circular dated 13.11.2020 is not applicable to the company.
