The Company has received Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31.03.2026 from the Secretarial Auditor of the Company
In compliance with the section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of the listing regulation, the members are provided with the facility to cast vote on all the resolution as set forth in the notice of AGM through remote e-voting means as provided by CDSL for the upcoming 33rd AGM as scheduled to be held on 01st July, 2026
The Book Closure date for the 33rd upcoming AGM is fixed from Thursday, 25th June 2026 to Wednesday, 01st July 2026.
