Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held today, i.e. Thursday, May 28, 2026 inter alia, considered and approved the following agendas: Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026
the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and as per the terms of “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives” of the Company (‘the Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as defined in the Code shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, received from CIL Securities Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2026.
