The Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 28th May, 2026 recommended the dividend of Re.1/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- on equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 subject to the approval of shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
NAHAR SPINNING MILLS LIMITED has informed the Exchange about Board Meeting to be held on 28-May-2026 to consider and approve the Quarterly and Yearly Audited Financial results of the Company for the period ended 31st March 2026. Board has also recommended Equity dividend of Rs1 each on the Equity shares of Rs 5each for the fy 31st March 2026 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
