1. Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on March 31, 2026 and the Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026 and took on record Auditor's Report thereon. (Enclosed herewith as Annexure-1); Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed till May 31, 2026 for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. 2. Recommended to the shareholders of the Company, a Final Dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026.
